It’s common to ask “what do you do?” when first meeting someone. The same applies to companies; we recognize them for what they produce.
As you read this you are most likely thinking about what your company does and how it does it.
But the bigger question may be why does your company do what it does, and why do you do what you do.
Knowing your why is key in creating success, both personally and professionally. The why serves as your compass, guiding you towards your destination, keeping you moving towards your goal, motivating you and those you work with. So once again we ask, “What is your company’s why?”
